Crystal Bay RV Resort — KOA

The new Crystal River location for the KOA brand required a new clubhouse to complement the campsite. JMA designed a unique 2,600 SF building providing 24-hour access to restrooms with showers in individual compartments, a 24-hour laundry room, and separate access to a community room for patron events. The clubhouse also serves as the campground welcome center, with a registration area featuring workspaces, a kitchenette, staff offices, and support spaces. Design features of this Craftsman architectural style clubhouse include a vaulted cupola above the registration area and an outdoor covered patio adjacent to the community room, with overhead garage doors that open to the pool amenity area.
